Why a B.A. Degree in Music Marketing?

just one field of study? The Bachelor of Arts in Music Marketing combines music courses
in theory, history, pedagogy, and performance with business coursework in promotions,
design, and management. With many different internship opportunities and ways to take
learning outside the classroom, this unique degree program will make you stand out
from the crowd.
About the Music Marketing Major
An interdisciplinary degree housed in the Division of Visual and Performing Arts,
the B.A. in Music Marketing incorporates classes in both music and business to give
students a broad-based background in both fields. The degree is designed to prepare
you for a wide variety of careers in the music industry, from managing your own business
to working for major music merchandise corporations to promoting your own studio and/or
performances.
