McKendree University is Coming to Monroe County

Business Classes Will Be Taught at Waterloo City Hall this Fall

Lebanon, Ill. — McKendree University will offer the Accelerated Instruction with McKendree (AiM) program in Monroe County this fall for those interested in pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. The AiM program is designed for working adults who have some college credits and wish to complete their degree.

Classes will be held at Waterloo City Hall on Thursday evenings. The AiM program, offered in a blended format, combines online and face-to-face instruction by McKendree professors. Students may obtain a BBA degree in business administration, human resource management, management or marketing. By taking two courses during each eight-week session, the accelerated format makes it possible to complete the program in two years.

“McKendree University is pleased and proud to provide this significant educational opportunity to the residents of Monroe County and the surrounding areas,” said Dr. Joseph Cipfl, executive director of external programs at McKendree University.

“Waterloo is pleased to host McKendree University’s AiM program,” said Mayor Tom Smith. “McKendree University is an upstanding institution of higher education and we couldn’t be more pleased to be affiliated with them.”
