Be in the "Bearcat Country" Homecoming Parade on Oct. 22

Lebanon, Ill. — McKendree University's Campus Activities Board invites groups from
throughout the local area to take part in the annual homecoming parade in Lebanon
on Saturday morning, Oct. 22.
This year’s student theme is “Bearcat Country.” Civic organizations, clubs, county
fair royalty, and bands can decorate and enter floats in the parade, or take part
by walking, marching, or riding in a vehicle, etc. Classic car clubs are also welcome
participants.
The parade will begin at 11 a.m. Line-up will begin at 10 a.m. in the north parking
lot of the Melvin Price Convocation Center, just off Alton St. on the McKendree campus.
The route will be from Alton St. to St. Louis St. to Monroe St. to Summerfield St.,
returning to the Convocation Center on Alton St.
